ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

Click on any category in our Quick Links for a list from A to Z. Or type a specific want in our "search" field - click for "all categories" or a specific category to search and click "find it". Example: type John Wayne - click "all categories" - a list of all the related John Wayne items we offer will appear A through Z.

You may click on the item and more detailed info (and possibly a photo) will appear. Click on ORDER NOW to put it in the shipping cart. For faster shopping (if you don't need to see the item), you may click on the price and it will go right in the shopping cart.

The A through Z bar across the top speeds up searching through pages. Click on any letter and you will be taken to a list of all items in that category beginning with that letter.

You may view the items selected - view the subtotal - and continue shopping at any time.
A special box has been added below the Online Order Form for adding an item(s) that is not listed on Captain Bijou's website. Because our catalog offers many more items than we can list on this site, you have the ability to add these to this quick Order Form. Just type in the title/description, item number (if available) and price. This item will be added to the rest of your shopping cart entries. Or maybe you know of something that is available elsewhere but would like to save on the shipping....? - maybe we can order it for you.

A box for Special Instructions is also supplied - please use this for any additional items you might want to inquire about, shipping instructions if you have a preference, questions you might have, etc.

Please include your customer number (if you have ordered before) on the Order Form. This number appears on packing slips and above your name on the catalog label. Your customer number will be assigned when your first order is processed.

TEXAS RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED 8.25% STATE SALES TAX ON ALL ORDERS.


SHIPPING FEES
Unless otherwise specified for a particular item, A flat rate of $7.50 will be added to each order to cover shipping and handling to addresses anywhere in the U.S. and it's possessions, regardless of number of items or their cost.

Canadian and overseas customers will be charged the appropriate amount for Global Priority Mail with insurance and full value declaration after your order is received.

The postal rates vary substantially from country to country and shipping fees can only be calculated after the weight and shipping container size for the complete order has been determined. For an idea of these rates, please visit the United States Postal Service website, www.usps.gov .
 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The Captain Bijou Online Order Form is a Secure Order Form, therefore your credit card info, telephone numbers, address, etc. is encrypted when transmitted. Only our order desk will have access to this information. Credit card orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Refunds (items discontinued/no longer available) will be applied to the same card when the order is shipped. This refund usually appears on the next billing statement.

Use our catalog order blank, a copy or even a piece of paper! Include your check, money order or credit card information with expiration date. Orders paid by check will require approximately 14 business days for check clearance prior to shipping. Although checks electronically clear sooner, banks can take up to 3 weeks for notification of an insufficient check.

Use our fax number to place orders 24 hours a day! Be sure to include all information requested on our order forms. We will confirm fax orders (upon request) if a return fax number is supplied.

RETURNS POLICY
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, do not return the merchandise to us! Notify the carrier of the damage and they will instruct you. Returning merchandise without contacting the carrier first may prohibit replacement or refund.

If you receive the wrong item or number of items, please contact our customer service department for instructions. A detailed message may be left after hours and we will respond with instructions.

If you receive a defective videotape; simply return for replacement. Please insure your package, enclose a copy of the packing slip (if possible) with a brief description of the defect and return to :

Leave the tape at the point where the defect occurs so we may compare the replacement. Videotapes are guaranteed against defects in manufacture (examples: no picture, no sound, tracking cannot be corrected). Defective tapes and DVDs can be replaced by the manufacturer if returned within 14 days of receipt. Credit, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed for defective tapes or their return shipping charges. Some obscure titles offered may have flaws in the original pre-print which is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Though Captain Bijou maintains an extensive on-site inventory, some items may but of stock or have to "special ordered" from their manufacturers which may result in slightly extended delivery times. Normal delivery time for most orders is approximately ten to fifteen  business days from date your order is processed.  

Items that are "special-ordered" cannot be returned for credit or exchange. They cannot be returned to the manufacturer. Stock items such as movie posters, comic books, most collectibles, etc., can be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt with a restocking fee of $10.00 per item (or 10% on each item $100.00 or more). Return shipping and handling must be paid on all exchanges.
